19th Century French Louis XVI Writing Table ~ Desk features tailored lines yet a relaxed look that is ideal for today's more casual decors.  The top is distinguished by a double molded edge with jut-out corners which overlook each of the four tapered legs.  The legs are joined with a classic "H" stretcher for strength.  Two spacious drawers are separated by a fluted center stile, and are carved with spiral ribbon molding trim all around, encircling the brass pulls.  Finished on all four sides for placement anywhere in the room, even if used as a sofa table!
