19th Century French Renaissance Drop Front Secretary ~ Wall Desk is an astonishing example of master craftsmanship and timeless design that will be considered an instant family keepsake from day one!  Rendered from indigenous old-growth oak to last for centuries, it features a multi-tiered design that includes five drawers below, a serpentine drop front that offers a faux leather work surface with interior drawers, and more drawers above the main desk.  Above it all, a nice display surface framed by an intricately carved gallery rail that includes artistic naturalistic foliate flourishes and a raised crown with heraldic crest.  Four finely tapered legs provide support, and even the back side boasts intaglio carved detail in case the lucky owner wishes to place it in a more centralized location in the room.  An incredible find that will remain timeless for many more decades to come!
