19th Century Rustic English Chippendale Secretary Desk

19th Century Rustic English Chippendale Secretary Desk is the ultimate answer to the age-old question of providing a small workspace within a living area without taking up too much floor.  In a design only 20 inches deep and three feet wide, we have voluminous storage with three full width drawers accessed with intricate brass bale pulls, guards and key guards.  Two supports extend, allowing full support of the slant-front desk which pivots out to create a spacious workspace perfect, it so happens, for today's tablets and laptop computers created over a century after the desk itself!  To keep small things organized, there are thirteen interior drawers and four cubby holes with brass pulls on nine and the others built into the design.  Classic Chippendale-style pediment legs provide support.  Hand-crafted from old-growth oak to last for generations!
