Antique French Renaissance Partner's Desk

Antique French Renaissance Partner's Desk will make an impressive addition to anyone's office!  Able to accommodate a person on both sides simultaneously, it features six drawers and four cabinets, with the cabinets on each side featuring interior drawers on one side and partitions on the other.  The top is durable, solid oak planks designed for decade after decade of daily use.  The top tier consists of bold, hand-carved molding all around, with the drawers integral to the long sides and separated by carved corbels.  Each drawer also is fitted with a solid cast brass ring pull.  Under each of the aforementioned corbels appear finely turned and fluted columns which provide a framework for each of the classically designed, hand-carved cabinet doors as well as the opening that traverses the depth of the desk where one's knees are meant to go while seated.  Tailored base molding and trim on the side and even the interior of the opening combine with the ball feet to complete the look.
