Set of 10 Antique Liegoise Dining Chairs includes 2 Armchairs were hand-crafted by master artisans to reflect the Louis XIV style so popular amongst the storied craftsmen of the region over the centuries.  Utilizing indigenous select oak, each chair was crafted to last for decade after decade, with ergonomically contoured seat backs with vertical splats that provide more comfort than most antique chairs.  The set includes a pair of armchairs for the Lord and Lady of the Manoir, with just a little more spacious accommodation.  Carved details include shell, floral, foliate and cross hatching motifs, with stately scrolled crowns and aprons for a timeless architecture.  Upholstery is in good condition and of a high-quality damascene mohair.
