Set of 6 Antique French Louis XVI Neoclassical Painted Dining Chairs are poised to make a luxurious appointment to your dining experience!  The frames are entirely sculpted from solid fruitwood, and feature the classic concave, oval seat backs and generously designed seats providing sublime comfort for which the genre is noted.  The frames also exhibit hand-carved embellishment highlighted in gold, including spiral ribbon bordering and framed rosettes.  Support is provided by four tapered and fluted legs, and the rich, damascene velvet upholstery covers the seat, seatback and even the back side of the chair which when combined with the elegant frame makes this set attractive from all angles!
