Set of 8 Antique Liegoise Rustic Country French Dining Chairs feature a natural finish on the dense, old-growth white oak for a wonderful casual effect, yet the artistry with which they were crafted requires a close examination to fully appreciate!  Double arched seatback crowns are carved with just a touch of floral and foliate accents, and are connected to two contoured backsplats that mirror the contours of the seatback cornerposts for ergonomic comfort before the word ergonomic was even coined!  Solid plank seats are great for boisterous young families, and can so easily be fitted with cushions for more relaxed entertaining.  The tailored lines of the aprons support the plank seats on all sides, and are fitted with turned legs for added visual appeal.  Pegged mortise & tenon joinery and a classic "H" stretcher below all add to the sturdiness, making this set a great choice for decades of enjoyment!
