19th Century Spanish Dining Table in Stripped Oak features all the classic elements of the region, using techniques handed down from generation to generation for centuries!  Old-growth oak was harvested  in thick planks to create the piece, with the solid plank top dovetailed into the leg supports below, each of which was meticulously sawn by hand in an elaborate form reminiscent of a lyre, but with bold splayed scrolled feet for maximum stability.  To reinforce the design, hand-forged wrought iron was carefully scrolled and affixed to the legs and underside of the table, providing maximum strength with minimal impact on leg room.  The thick plank top also makes an apron unnecessary, providing more knee clearance than other designs.  Painstakingly and gently stripped using our proprietary non-petrochemical, non-toxic method that retains the natural beauty and patina of the wood!  Ready to serve your family for decades to come!
