Antique French Louis XVI Mahogany Oval Dining Table features a pop-up folding leaf that is concealed in a pocket under the table, ready for use in an instant, and easily tucked back in to reclaim floor space!  Crafted from exotic imported mahogany, it features a flame pattern, also called crotch mahogany pattern, on the luxurious oval top.  Such designs present no corners whatsoever to the room, creating the most traffic-friendly style possible.  Easily able to accommodate six when closed, it is more than ample for eight guests when the leaves are pulled out, revealing the concealed folded leaves that pop out in an instant!  The tailored brass trim around the main table surface leads the eye to the equally sedate apron with the same style trim, interrupted by four plinth blocks adorned with cast brass rosettes, under which the elegant tapered and fluted legs are attached.  The legs feature a foliate style design in cast brass mounted as rings at the top, with brass tips on the feet for elegance and long-wearing attributes.
If you act fast, the original matching set of 6 chairs, marble top buffet, and vitrine are still available as of this writing!  See Related Products below left.
