Antique French Louis XVI Oval Dining Table in Stripped Oak is an elegant yet restrained interpretation of the style, crafted in a casual theme that is perfect for today's relaxed decors.  Hand-crafted from solid oak, it features rounded ends which eliminate sharp corners in the room making it ideal for active families.  The apron all around is bordered by the top's half-bullnose bevel above and a clean molding trim on the bottom, leaving much more knee room than most antique tables.  The apron is interrupted by plinth blocks carved with acanthus rosettes that serve as mounts for the substantial tapered and fluted legs that will combine with the rest of the design to provide decade after decade of enjoyment for you, your family and guests.  Painstakingly stripped using our proprietary process that retains the patina and sheer natural beauty of the old wood, all performed by our expert in-house staff.
