Antique French Walnut Regence Style Dining Table is a classic example of fine craftsmanship utilizing exquisite indigenous woods for an opulent effect.  The subtle contours of the top's framework resemble the violin shape, with beveled edges all around, fitted with diamond parquet patterns on the surface.  Each of four aprons supporting the top have been carved with an undulating natural form emphasized by acanthus flourishes and centered with a splendid shell motif.  Each of the four cabriole legs are gracefully scrolled and lavished with the same shell motif enhanced by bell flowers and acanthus flourishes.  Legs are tipped with escargot feet.  Timeless!
