Antique Rustic Country French Stripped Oak Trestle Table

Antique Rustic Country French Stripped Oak Trestle Table represents time honored traditional craftsmanship at its finest!  Utilizing hand-picked solid timbers of old-growth oak, the artisans fashioned this table with a top so thick and sturdy, an apron is unnecessary!  Support is provided by two massive structures on each end, flared with a little scroll at the top and bottom to mate with the underside of the table, and to provide a stable footprint below.  The structures are further strengthened by a beam trestle fully mortised into the structures then anchored with a wedge-shaped shim.  The finish has been painstakingly stripped by our expert in-house staff to leave a soft texture and natural coloration that is ideal for today's casual decors.  Such tables are literally better built than your house, and will last for generations to come!
