Traditional Spanish ironwork gives this striking Spanish Revival torchère its sculptural presence and distinctive character. Hand forged from wrought iron, the tall standard is shaped with a beautifully twisted shaft rising to five candle cups, each supported by gracefully scrolling arms. Hand applied brass foliate accents bring warmth and definition to the dark iron while emphasizing the artistry of its construction.
The blacksmith’s workmanship is visible throughout, from the hammered candle cups and individually formed scrolls to the balanced silhouette and substantial base.
