19th Century French Louis XIV Neoclassical Mantel Mirror will make a crowning touch to your fireplace surround!  Also great above a buffet, sideboard or wide console, this wonderful mirror combines a beveled horizontally-oriented reflecting surface with exquisite, timeless hand-carved embellishment.  The double-arched crown is shaped like an archer's bow, and centered with a shell motif under which appears foliates in bas relief.  The bow cascades down to the shoulders topped with shell finials positioned directly above inverted corbels which are topped with lions' heads above Greek coin overlay.  Flanking the mirror and corbels are two scrolled side panels sculpted with foliates, all appearing above a full-width base molding.
