19th Century French Neogothic Oak Mirror was hand-crafted during the Arts & Crafts period, and features a sturdy, stoutly made framework with a stylized egg & dart trim carved all around the entire perimeter, with a raised mullion still showing just a hint of the original gold highlighting at the apex, transitioning to an amazingly; intricate foliate pattern that completely surrounds the mirror glass itself.  Such foliate patterns predate the Gothic period itself, but were immediately adopted as a standard trim motif that has been used for over 800 years!  The mirror is newly replaced, allowing this amazing mirror to provide generations of enjoyment for you and your family.  Note that this piece is a bit heavier than it looks, so please make sure to use appropriate hanging methods for your wall type.
