19th Century Italian Neoclassical Mirror

19th Century Italian Neoclassical Mirror features an intriguing framework design alternating between oval egg forms and diamond forms separated by beads, with a separate smaller beading immediately adjacent to and surrounding the glass.  Four rosettes appear on each corner, making the design workable when mounted vertically or horizontally!  The original silvering is intact, and exhibits wonderful signs of aging for a special character.  Perfect as an accent in any room, especially a powder room or bath.  The gold finish has also achieved a fine degree of patina over the decades only adding to the charm.
