Antique Italian Neoclassical Carved Wood Mirror with Distressed Painted Finish will create a truly timeless ambiance in any room!  Meticulously hand-carved with classical themes including a Grecian urn flanked by laurel sprays atop the crown, Egg & dart trim, Greek coin and various other foliate bordering, its carved molding actually overlays the mirror glass creating an unusual three dimensional effect.  An oval medallion appears at the center towards the top surrounded by laurels and finished with a bow of ribbon underneath.  Fluted base makes it worthy of any surface from buffets to fireplace mantels, but it is light enough to use as a hanging wall mirror as well.  The distressed painted finish only adds to the allure.
