Waldau is a stunning Bavarian landscape with a charming rural residence of multiple structures positioned by a small waterfall.  Imagine waking up to the sound of the flowing water every day!  An Alpine backdrop of icy crags provides a transition to the cloudy sky in the late afternoon.  The juxtaposition of the creek winding through the composition invites the viewer into the scene.  Perhaps a dinner of freshly caught river trout is in one's future?  Survives in its original finely detailed frame.  Some expert restoration has already been performed.
