Pair Antique Country French Painted Twin Beds with Mohair

Pair Antique Country French Painted Twin Beds with Mohair are a splendid find, indeed!  Each easily accommodates a modern twin sized mattress set, with a little room to spare for blankets, comforters and the like.  Designed in a sleigh form, the head and footboards mirror each other in style and orientation, with subtly arched forms, scrolled sides, and carved detail including wildflowers and foliage.  The undulating rails feature a modicum of carved detail, all of which is enhanced by the patinaed painted finish.  The footboard is upholstered front and back, and the headboard on the front, in mustard colored mohair, which remains in very serviceable condition with a little age spot here and there.  (Slats will of course be provided prior to shipping or delivery, but weren't ready at the time of the photography.)
