19th Century French Louis XV Gilded Center Table is a splendid example of Belle Epoque timeless style!  Crafted in a graceful violin shape, its contoured and beveled top rests upon a scrolled apron that is finely molded and trimmed with a French border that has a more glossy appearance than the surrounding matte finish.  The top is supported by four boldly scrolled and carved cabriole legs.  The carvings depict shell and bell flower motifs, and lead the eye down to the upturned acanthus plumes on the feet tipped with casters, and connected by scrolled stretchers that meet at the center joined to a turned finial.
As of this writing, a matching canape and four side chairs from the set are still available.  See Related Products below left.
