19th Century Rustic Country French Walnut Coffee Table is a timeless example of hand-crafted techniques that have been handed down from generation to generation for centuries!  Utilizing exquisite French walnut, the artisans chose two large planks to serve as the top, each showing off its luxurious grain and naturalistic coloration.  The top is supported by a sturdy apron all around, affixed to four squared and tapered column posts via pegged mortise & tenon joinery.  Finished all around, it will make a handsome addition to any family room, but there's more.  One one side two drawers fitted with turned knobs have been added, with one drawer significantly larger than the other creating interesting storage and organizational opportunities.  The tailored lines and sumptuous wood will lend themselves well to a wide variety of decors including casual and modern.
