18th Century Spanish Two-Tiered Armoire ~ Wardrobe will make the perfect focal center of any room!  Hand-crafted by talented artisans, it features an intriguing raised and recessed panel design that creates visual interest from the finely molded crown to the base.  Six recessed panels appear even on each side.  The upper tier consists of two large cabinet doors with exterior, hand-forged iron hinges and brass ring pulls that open to reveal a spacious interior with shelving.  The "floor" of the upper tier has a handhold cut out with the front plank not attached so one can pivot it out of the way to reveal a hidden storage compartment that is hidden by the four upper panels of the lower tier just underneath.  Two spacious drawers just above the base molding only add to the look and functionality of this remarkable testament to the rural craftsman's art!  Completely hand-crafted from old-growth oak, even the back panels are hand-chamfered into the framework that is secured with pegged mortise & tenon joinery.
