18th Century Rustic Dutch Buffet in Stripped Oak is a study in country elegance, rendered in dense, old-growth indigenous oak to last for centuries!  The no-nonsense design is enhanced by the intricate molded detailing that defines the panels, cabinet doors and single drawer.  Octagonal and rectangular panels create the visual effect, with an intriguing variation on linenfold expressed as horizontal panels across the bottom just above the base molding.  Although the entire piece including molding overhang on top and scrolled "feet" projecting out front for extra stability comes to under 18" in total depth, it still holds abundant storage possibilities inside, while creating a unique visual appeal.  Different grain orientations and wood shades only add to the allure.
