19th Century Country French Stripped Oak Buffet is a wonderful example of fine craftsmanship, with solid, densely grained oak used to create a tailored casework, and hand-carving to sculpt stylistic renderings of shells, florals and foliates across the facade!  The drawers and cabinet doors are particularly remarkable, with three pilasters creating a framework for the doors, the center one being a part of the right door so that when both are opened, one has unencumbered access to the surprisingly spacious interior fitted with two shelves for three total surfaces.  The shallow design makes it a good choice for cozy rooms, or perhaps even hallways or high traffic areas.  The natural beauty of the wood has been brought out by our proprietary stripping process which retains the patina for lasting visual appeal.  Brass key guards and hinges complete the look.
