18th Century Country French Louis XVI Period Whitewashed Commode is a stately reminder of a timeless style that has produced centuries of enjoyment!  Hand-crafted from dense, old-growth oak then carved with graceful laurel garlands framed by wheat bordering, it features rounded corners adorned with wildflowers held with a bow of ribbon.  Brass bale pulls and key guards add a nice touch, enhancing the full width drawers that open to provide copious storage.  A contoured apron finishes the architecture, and the entire piece has been professionally whitewashed by our expert in-house staff.
