Antique Country French Commode ~ Chest of Drawers will make a great addition to the room!  Classic French scrollwork is evident across the entire facade, including the drawer faces which have been carved with shell, scrollwork and foliate motifs.  Even the rounded corner posts boast complementary carved detail, and transition into elegant cabriole forms with escargot feet below, provided a framework for the undulating contours of the carved apron.  Four spacious drawers provide lots of storage and organizational opportunity.  Hand crafted from oak, even the top planks have been bookmatched for an intriguing grain pattern.  Cast brass pulls complete the look.
