19th Century French Gothic Credenza ~ Cabinet is a testament to centuries of talented artisans handing down their trade to successive generations.  The original style was birthed in the middle of the 12th century and has seen revivals ever since.  This particular design appears at first glance to be a large trunk, but in fact is a two door credenza, ideal for placing behind a desk, in an entryway, or anywhere one wishes to impress visitors to your home or office.  The lower tier is defined by bold molded detail, and accented with enlarged rosette panels.  The upper tier steals the show with intricately carved panels on each side and five across the front, with the center being a stile, and the remainder being door fronts.  Doors open wide to reveal capacious storage which combines with the surface to create a very functional, very visually appealing keepsake!
