19th Century French Louis XVI Marble Top Lamp Table ~ Pedestal is ideal for a lamp in a seating group, or equally useful to support statuary, a large vase or objet d'art!  Hand-carved in the neoclassical manner with boldly sculpted motifs including laurel wreath, acanthus rosettes, Greek coin and drapery.  The original round marble top is perfect for carefree enjoyment, and the design is incredibly strong ~ more than enough to hold well over a hundred pounds.
