19th Century Rustic Country French End Table

19th Century Rustic Country French End Table features tailored simplicity, rendered by hand using what would today be considered antiquated tools, yet with such a level of skill and quality of material that the table will easily withstand the rigors of several centuries of time!  Almost square in shape, it features a full width drawer on one apron, fluting on two, and an unfinished back.  Gently tapered legs are adorned with capitals just below the apron, and are connected with an "X" stretcher centered with a round turned medallion.  Crafted from dense, old-growth oak, it features pegged mortise & tenon joints for generations of enjoyment!
