Antique French Louis XV Marquetry Oval End Table with Bronze

Antique French Louis XV Marquetry Oval End Table with Bronze was crafted from fine fruitwood in an understated elegant style, with subtly scrolled legs, oval top and violin-shaped lower shelf creating a classic form.  The top and shelf are decorated with artistic inlay, or marquetry, utilizing satinwood, walnut and olive woods to create amazing bordering and floral motifs.  The top and shelf are also protected by a band of brass edging.  The subtly undulating apron is trimmed with bronze molded detail, complementing the bronze foliates on the shoulders of the legs and on the tips of the feet.  Perfect for a cozy seating group!
