Set of Antique French Louis XV Hand-Carved Walnut Nesting Tables are an exemplary example of the genre!  Unusual to find in carved walnut, each has been sculpted in the Rococo style with boldly scrolled cabriole legs, all carved with stylized shell and foliate motifs, which are also re-interpreted on the gracefully undulating aprons.  A very subtle violin-shaped top accentuates the sheer natural beauty of the prized wood.  Even the feet are tipped with upturned acanthus plumes for a splendid finishing touch.  Tables nestle into each other to create a single entity, then can be pulled out as need to multiply one's available table surface for entertaining or convenience!
