19th Century French Louis XV Triple Armoire is a masterpiece of the furniture crafter's art.  Not only does it perform a function equivalent to an entire closet, it looks stunning in the process!  Created from solid oak, it features a triple crown that culminates in a stylized acanthus plume fanning out from facing scrolls of the crown molding, with small sprays of flowers flanking each side.  The crown cascades down to the step-back sides, which are defined by their own boldly scrolled crowns.  The bonnet is festooned with bouquet, spray and scrollwork across all three sections, and overlooks the cabinet doors below.  Each cabinet door is framed with elaborately detailed molding and carved embellishments, especially notable at the top of the center door which is a work of the sculptor's art.  The undulations of the apron below are adorned with complementary motifs, and fitted with scrolled legs and cloven hoof feet.  Even the side panels are amazingly detailed yet discreetly elegant.  Brass hinges and key guards add the final visual touch, and the doors open to reveal an interior mirror on the left, hanging rods on the left and center, and adjustable shelving on the right side to create functionality that is only exceeded by its exceptional visual presence!
