Antique French Louis XV Step-Back Marble Top Buffet in Stripped Oak

Antique French Louis XV Step-Back Marble Top Buffet in Stripped Oak features classic Rococo motifs with stylized shell, floral and foliate motifs appearing across the entire facade.  The side cabinets consist of a pair of stacked drawers above 2/3 height cabinet doors, fitted with cast brass pulls and key guards, and are stepped forward in relation to the center cabinet doors, which are full height doors carved with complementary motifs and fine molded detail, as well as matching brass key guards.  Drawers and doors all open to reveal cavernous storage, and are set upon a finely contoured apron carved with shells and acanthus plumes on the shoulders of the scrolled legs tipped with escargot feet.  Neutral colored marble on top is beveled and contoured to follow the casework design below for the perfect finishing touch.
