Antique Liegoise Louis XIV Buffet ~ Linen Press is a classic example of the incredible high quality for which the region has been known for centuries!  Utilizing indigenous old-growth oak, the artisans carved stylized shell and foliate motifs in bas relief across the facade, accented with cast brass key guards and hinges.  Seven drawers provide abundant storage and organization possibilities, while the two cabinets open to reveal even more space.  Mitered, projecting corners are carved with complementary motifs, leading the eyes down to the boldly scrolled and carved legs tipped with cloven hoof feet.  The legs also flank the beautiful apron, carved with fine molded detail, shell, and cross-hatching.
