19th Century French Louis XVI Mahogany Marble Top Commode will make a luxurious, timeless style statement in any room!  Starting with neutral, earth-toned Sienna marble on top, specially contoured to fit the casework below, it features a design with rounded front corners that soften the piece's effect on the room's traffic patterns.  The side panels are further enhanced with three tiers of trim molding that extend all the way to the back of the piece for wonderful definition.  At the front, a study in neoclassical elegance greets the eye, with four drawers framed by fluted pilasters mounted with foliate accents, while the drawer facades themselves are bordered in bronze egg & dart, with finely cast bronze ring pulls with guards on the lower three drawers, and an exquisite floral garland with ribbon adorning the topmost drawer.  Drawers open to reveal capacious storage which only adds to the allure of the piece.  Four tapered and fluted legs with bronze rings provide support.
