Antique French Neoclassical Demilune Cabinet with Tambour Doors is both an exquisite example of hand-craftsmanship as well as an amazingly versatile cabinet that you can literally use in every room!  The size makes it great for stairwell landings, cozy entryways, niches between windows, as a seating group companion, even by the bedside!  The demilune shape completely eliminates sharp corners, and provides a visually appealing surface for just about anything, enhanced with a subtle rim underneath which appears a tier of dentil molding.  The doors are tambour style, and tuck back into a hidden pocket along the back side of the piece, meaning no cabinet doors open into the space in front of the piece, making it exceptionally traffic friendly, especially for cozy spots.  Brass ring pulls allow one to access the interior which provides surprising storage.  A pierced apron across the entire facade adds visual appeal, supported by three tapered legs making it free standing as well as providing a light and airy visual presence.
