Antique Louis XIV Style Baroque Chest of Drawers ~ Commode

Antique Louis XIV Style Baroque Chest of Drawers ~ Commode was meticulously hand-crafted from solid oak, and features an intricate double-beveled top that follows the serpentine mitered corners of the casework below.  Each of the four drawer facades was cut from a single plank of oak, and boasts an arbalette, or archer's bow form lavished with stylized shell and foliate motifs accented with brass pulls and key guards.  Even the serpentine mitered corners have been accented with carved detail, and lead the eye down to the ball feet.  Each side features a solid oak chamfered raised panel.  Perfect for copious storage in style!
