Antique French Louis XVI Parquet Wall Panel

Antique French Louis XVI Parquet Wall Panel is a perfect selection for adding a finishing touch to any surface, be it console, buffet, hearth or even wainscot.  Crafted from solid quarter-sawn oak, even the parquet blocks that form the panel above the gracefully contoured shelf are solid blocks.  A gentle arch spans the top, transitioning into reverse-scrolled side frames, all of which are slotted with spiral rope motif and accented with scrollworks on the ends.  Chamfered panels appear below, with fine molded detail concluding the work.  The center of the shelf at its deepest is supported by three subtle corbels.
