19th Century French Renaissance Carved Nightstand ~ End Table

19th Century French Renaissance Carved Nightstand - End Table is finished on all four sides, making it a great selection for the middle of the family room, or as a bedside companion ~ even between windows or a similar placement.  Hand-crafted from solid oak, it features acanthus leaf, heraldic crest and grapevine motifs encircling the four facades.  Barley twist columns support the top tier, under which appear quatrefoil overlays on the corners.  Amazing molded detail, all carved by hand, appears from the top to the base just over the inverted teardrop legs.  Drawer and cabinet open to reveal convenient storage.
