19th Century French Renaissance Confiturier ~ Cabinet displays an abundance of artful splendor in a relatively diminutive package!  Rendered from old-growth indigenous oak, it features a gadrooned top that wraps around the facade just as the intricately carved, boldly fashioned base molding does.  In between appears a drawer and cabinet door, both lavished with sculpture that celebrates the bounty of the earth, framed by boldly carved rosettes and richly carved pilasters down each cornerpost adorned with complementary motifs.  Various fruits and grape clusters with vines and foliage are represented, and the vines on the drawer have been sculpted to form the pull itself!  Door and drawer both open to reveal surprising storage, and the entire affair rests on bun feet.  Excellent choice for a bathroom sink vanity, or any application that calls for a smaller size but lots of Old World character!
