19th Century Gothic Revival Confiturier ~ Cabinet celebrates the majesty of the style that dates back to the middle of the 12th century in France!  The top, sides and legs are all crafted with a restrained elegance that includes careful attention to edging.  The ornamentation and visual appeal are concentrated on the front facade, which features corner pilasters carved with wheat and spire columns set on pediments, providing a framework for the intricately carved full width drawer and single cabinet door.  The drawer features a horizontal molding design, with the cabinet door oriented on a vertical basis with circles, arches and scrollwork all intertwined for an intriguing visual effect.  The drawer and door are fitted with forged steel pull, catch and strap hinges.  Both open to reveal substantial storage.  A pair of corbel designs embrace the feet below for a perfect finishing touch.
