Antique French Barley Twist Petite Commode ~ Nightstand

Antique French Barley Twist Petite Commode ~ Nightstand was hand-crafted from solid fruitwood and fitted with finely crafted steel bale pulls with guards on each of three full width drawers.  The drawers feature a raised triple panel design flanked by fluted corner posts, with a tailored bevel to the top above.  Below the casework the interesting carved detail takes over, with a beautifully sculpted pierce-carved pendant scrollwork between the barley twist legs which are connected by turned stretchers.  Ball feet complete the look.  Ideal as a bedside companion or for any seating group!
